You can do pretty much what you like with your result: create signatures with name added, extras or stats, websets.

This pointing hand is here to help you. You can drag and drop it and use it as a marker to help with following the tutorial.

Tubes of your choice, free or not, but the credit for the tubes must be added to your tag. The tube I am using is © EvilKid - http://evilkid.com. If you use the same tube, you need a license that you can get here: CILM. and don't forget: you can only have one © on your tag.

Scrapkit: Sweet Dreams created by Ellie Lash of Ellie Lash Designs.
It's one of her first kits and I have permission to use it here and offer it for download.

Mask: I made this mask because I could not find what I wanted.

Fonts: Porky's and for the circle: Veggie.

Supplies here.
You can download my E-Book which will let you work without being connected.

Open your supplies in PSP. New image 600x550

Fill with white. New layer. Fill with a colour from your tube or one of the papers in the kit. I used Paper 1.
Then apply the mask: MF_GoodNight_mask. Masks >New > From Image - OK. Then Mask > Delete. In PSP 8 and more recent versions of PSP, go to Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image. OK. Then Delete.

Add the pink frame. Then the stars, flowers and ribbons, each element on its own layer so you can move them about. Resize as needed. My stars and flowers are all different sizes. Then add a Dropped shadow to all your elements. Effects > 3D Effects > Dropped Shadow like thise:
H= 3 et V= 3
O= 50 et F= 5

Then add the Journal tag in the top right-hand corner. Mine was resized at 55%. Add the same Dropped Shadow.
Now click on the Preset Shapes Tool: choose one colour for the Stroke Color and No Fill. I chose Blue. Width= 4; Anti-alias and  Create as vector checked. Line style: Opposing Arrowheads- overlap. Then for the shape, choose the ellipse and draw a circle. Position it where it should be and make all the necessary adjustements. Then click on this vector layer in your Layer Palette and convert to a Raster Layer. Add the same Dropped Shadow as before and name this layer: circle.
You should have a result which looks like mine:

Select the inside of your circle with your Magic Wand > Selections > Modify > Expand by 14. Add your tube, resize it first if necessary, then selections > Invert > Hit Delete on your keyboard. Deselect.

Add the main tube, position on the frame and add a Dropped Shadow as before.
If you want to resize your tag, do it now, before adding the text Sleep Tight with the Porky's font - Bold, anti-alias checked. I used blue for the inside and the cream colour of the stars for the outside. Then add the same Dropped Shadow. Add the credits.

Move the main tube layer ti the top in your Layer Palette and above it, place the Circle layer. Close these 2 layers and merge visible all the other layers.

Click on the Circle layer and Copy Paste it into Animation shop as a new image. Then click on Effects  and  select Insert a Text Effect. In the new window that opens, configure like me: under Effects, click on the little arrow to open the menu and choose Wheel. Move the pointer to 2.3s for the effect Length and 6 for the Frames per second so you end up with a total of 13 frames. Click on Customize and make sure that Clockwise is checked. For the font and size, I used Veggie, Regular in size 17 and I managed to write the text 4 times. You will have to try and see what combination of Font and Size works best.

Then delete the first frame as it is empty. You now have a total of 13 frames.

Go back to PSP and click on the layer that you merged earlier (not the tube layer) and copy paste it as a new image in AS. Click on Duplicate

to make copies of this new frame. You need 13 frames as your Text animation has 12. When clicking on Duplicate, you will end up with 17. So delete the 4 extras.

Then click on the first frame of the Text Animation. Go to Edit > Select All. All the frames now have a blue surround: they are selected. Click again on Edit > Copy.
Now click on the other animation. Edit > Select All. Edit > Paste Into Selected and with your mouse position the text animùation just where you think it should be on top of the Journal tag. Left-click to release when you are happy!

To see your result, click on Visualize animation   If you are not happy, click on the little arrow to Undo.

Go back to PSP and this time you select the main tube layer: at the top under the Circle layer. Copy paste it as a new image in Animation Shop. Then again you click on Duplicate and make your copies. We want 13 frames. See above.

Now click on the first frame of the Tube animation and Edit > Select All. All the frames are selected. Edit > Copy.  Click back on the first frame of the main animation and Edit > Select All. Then again Edit > Paste Into Selected. Move the tube with your mouse to position it in the right place on your frame. Left-click with your mouse when your are happy.

Click on Animation > Frame Properties and enter 30 for the Display time or what suits you. The smaller the number, the faster the animation.

File > Save As - Name your animation and then optimize.
