You can do pretty much what you like with your result: create signatures with name added, extras or stats, websets. Give all the credits that are required and for the tut to:

Tubes of your choice, free or not, but credit for them must be added to your tag. I used a tube ©Ken Morton - kenbears.co.uk, bought at CDO. Don't forget your license! It must be legible on your tag.

STEP  1: Mask

Open an image 800 x 550. Fill with #641206.
Add a layer and fill with #F4D46C.
Open the mask Sophisticated Simone Masks0181 and apply. Masks > New > From image - OK. Then Masks > Delete. In PSP 8 and above, it's under Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image. OK then Delete.

STEP 2: Elements and Tube

Drop Shadow: I used

V = 3

O = 50

H = 3

B = 3

for all the elements and tube.

pst_bglo_free (4) - 40%. Towards the right.
pst_bglo_free (3) - 15%. On the left.   
With the Lasso tool - selection point to point, trace around the window and add a layer.
Selections > Select All and fill with pst_bglo_free (1). Colorize with the Hue at 26 and Saturation at 209.
pst_bglo_free (8) - 20%.
pst_free_arr_by_jk2x - 18%. On the left.
pst_bglo_free (2) - 25%. On the rught.
pst_bglo_free (1) - 7%. On the left.
Add votre tube on the right.

STEP 3: Text and Credits

Text: Open a new transparent image. Write Happy Fall Y'All with the Bodoni font, in red #FCFAE5, a colour of your tube. Arrange as you please. I wrote the words on different layers, different sizes and played with the letters, sometimes using capitals, sometimes lower-case letters. I also rotated the word happy to the left, 90°. Merge visible.
Apply a 3D Effect > Inner Bevel

Then Gradient Glow with colour #FCFAE5
 


Then add this text to your result so far and apply a Drop Shadow to the text.

V = 2

O = 50

H = 2

B= 3

Credits: with the Pixelette font or any other small pixel font.

File > Save.
