STEP 1
Background : Open a new image 800x650 - Fill with white, the colour for our Results' page.
STEP 2
Mask : Copy paste paper SIP_paper10New layer. Then apply Chelle's Mask84. Masks > New > From image - OK. Then Masks > Delete. In PSP 8 and above, it's under Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image. OK then Delete.
STEP 3 - Frames
First frame : SIP_frame1 - then recolor. Selections > Select All > Selections > Float > Selections > Defloat and fill with #E44A7C.
Apply an inner bevel - Effects > Effects 3D > Inner bevel:

Then apply a drop shadow:

Second frame: SIP_frame2, at 95% and position inside the first one.
Apply the same drop shadow.
Then click inside the second frame and Selections > Modify > Increase by 8.
Select paper SIP_paper08
and copy paste as a new layer then Selections > Invert and click on Delete.
Keep selected.
Move this layer under the frame layer.
STEP 4 - Tube
Position your tube inside the frame. Click on Delete to delete what's
outside the frame.
If you used the same tube as me, I first deselected then
placed my tube inside the frame.
Then with the lasso tool, I selected the
left hand and part of the arm and copied pasted the selection as a new layer and
moved it up above the frames so it looks as if the hand is outside the frames.
Then using the lasso tool, I selected and deleted all the parts of the tubes
that were outside the frames.
STEP 5 - Elements
Add a drop layer to all the elements, same drop shadow as the one you have used
so far.
SIP_Glitter1:
redisized to 75% and position as a new layer on the right above the mask layer. Image >
Invert.
Duplicate this layer and then Image > Mirror and palce on the left.
Si needed, use the lasso tool to select and delete the glitter you don't want.
SIP_flower1: at 80% and position on the right, and above your tube - above
the hand.
Duplicate this layer and place the second layer a bit higher and above the
glitter layer.
SIP_bow1: at 30%.
SIP_rose1, SIP_rose2 et SIP_rose3: at 45%. Position on the left above
everything.
SIP_rose4: at 80% then rotate right 90°.
SIP_butterfly1: at 25% then colorize - hue: 240 and saturation:
250. Rotate left 30°.
Duplicate and rotate right 15°.
SIP beadstrand1: at 70%. Move under the butterfly layer.
SIP wordart1: at 70%. Move toward the bottom.
Go back to the
SIP_rose4 layer and with the lasso tool, select the head and copy paste
as a new layer - Move this head layer above the wordart.
SIP candle_cbj: at 50% the colorize - hue: 240 and saturation: 250.
STEP 6
Resize all layers to 85% of the original size.
Credits:
With a small font like Pixelette, in size 6, anti-alias off.
STEP
7 - Candles
Activate the Candles layer and duplicate twice to have three copies: Candles 1,
Candles 2 and Candles 3.
Close the Candles 2 and 3 layers.
With the lasso tool - free hand - draw a
flame:

Then Effects > Plugins > Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Nature > Fire.
Click on Settings and select Small Candle then configure Basic as below

Click on OK. Merge visible all the layers and paste this image in Animation Shop.
Go back to PSP. Click on Undo and activate the Candles 2 layer. Keep Candles 3 closed and close the Candle 1 layer. Apply the Fire effect again but click once on Random Seed.
Merge visible all the layers and copy paste this new image after the first frame in AS.
Go back to PSP. Click on Undo and activate the Candles 3 layer. Keep Candles 1 closed and close the Candles 2 layer. Apply the Fire effect again but click once on Random Seed.
Merge visible all the layers and copy paste this new image after the second one in AS.
STEP 8 - Animation Shop
You have three frames.
Click on the first > Edit > Select All.
Right click on the first frame then choose Frame Properties - enter 35 or a suitable time for the Display time.
Save as a gif.
