You can do pretty much what you like with your result: create signatures with name added, extras or stats, websets. Give all the credits that are required and for the tut to:

Tubes of your choice, free or not, but credit for them must be added to your tag. I used a tube ©Veleri - picsfordesign.com - bought at PicsForDesign.com. Don't forget your license! It must be legible on your tag.

STEP 1: Mask, Elements and Tube

Open a new image 800x650 and fill with black.
Add a layer and fill with white #FFFFFF.
Open WSL_Mask84 and apply. Masks > New > From image - OK. Then Masks > Delete. In PSP 8 and above, it's under Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image. OK then DeleteDrop Shadow: I used

V = 3	O = 40
H = 3	B = 5

pour les éléments, le tube et le text.

Christmas Gift Frames (1) - 40%. On the left.
Christmas Gift Frames (3) - 45%. Right on top of the frame.
Christmas Gift (22) - 45%. Below the Christmas Gift Frames (1), in the midle.
Happy Christmas (58) - Right on top.
Christmas Gift Frames (2) - 40%. On the right, towards the top.
Christmas Gift Frames (3) - 45%. On top.
Christmas Gift (20) - 75%. On top.

Add your tube, on the left.

Christmas Gift (25) - 25%. In the middle.
Happy Christmas (38) - 30%. On the right.
Happy Christmas (27) - 60%. Extreme right.
Christmas Gift (26) - On the left.
Happy Christmas (51) - 85%. In front of the presents.
Christmas Gift (18) - 60%. Middle, towards the left.
Happy Christmas (68) - 25%. Middle, towards the right.
Happy Christmas (2) - 30%. Image > Mirror. Extreme left.
Christmas Gift (6) - 60%. On the right.
Christmas Gift (7) - 20%. On the bear.
Christmas Gift (57) - 25%. Top right.
Christmas Gift (49) - Image > Mirror. 50%. In the middle, in between the 2 circular frames.

STEP 2: Credits

with the Pixelette font or any other small pixel font.

STEP 3: Text

of your choice or mine, Merry Christmas. Using the Santa Sleigh font. In red and white then apply Eye Candy > Gradient Glow in white on Merry and Red on Christmas.

STEP 4 : Save

Faire une sélection, ajouter un calque et puis copier l'élément Christmas Gift (78) dans la sélection. Dupliquer si nécessaire.
Sélections > Désélectionner tout.

File > Save.
