You can do pretty much what you like with your result: create signatures with name added, extras or stats, websets. Give all the credits that are required and for the tut to:

STEP 1 : Mask and Elements

Open an image 680x550 and fill with white.
Add a layer and fill with green #6AA827.
Open mask RD_MaskSet146_Mask2.
Apply the mask. Layers > New mask layers > From Image.

PDS_DR- frame1 - Au milieu.
PDS_DR- paper2 - 50%. Place under frame1 to fill the frame on the left. Duplicate and place the copy on the right.
PDS_DR- frame3 - Above frame1.
PDS_DR- scatter3 - 70%. On the left.
PDS_DR- leaves1 - 65%. On the left.
PDS_DR- flower4 - 30%. On the left.
PDS_DR- frame5 - 50%. On the left.
PDS_DR- ribbon5 - 20%. On the left on frame5.
PDS_DR- dino4 - 45%. On the left, in the frame.
PDS_DR- dino2 - 45%. On the right.
PDS_DR- leaves2 - 55%. On the right.
PDS_DR- leaf - 20%. On the right. Image > Mirror.
PDS_DR- string1 - 70%. On the left.
PDS_DR- dino3 - 45%. In the middle.
PDS_DR- dino2. 45%. On the right.

STEP 2: Text and Credits

Text: of your choice or mine DinoRiffic with the Dinosaur in black then colour each letter.
Apply Eye Candy > Gradient Glow
 


Credits: with the Pixelette font or any other small pixel font.

STEP 3: Other Elements

Duplicate PDS_DR- bird and place on the second F of DinoRiffic.
PDS_DR- button2 - 20%. Rotate to make it vertical and place on the O of Dino.
PDS_DR- button1 - 20%. On the R of DinoRiffic.
PDS_DR- button3 - 10%. On the C of DinoRiffic.

Save your work.
