You can do pretty much what you like with your result: create signatures with name added, extras or stats, websets. Give all the credits that are required and for the tut to:

Tubes of your choice, free or not, but credit for them must be added to your tag. I used a tube ©The Paper Shelter - www.thepapershelter.com. Don't forget your license! It must be legible on your tag.

STEP 1: Mask, Elements and Tube

Open the mask.
Then open an image 680x550 and fill with white. 

Drop Shadow: I used this, in black

V = 0

O = 45

H = 3

B = 5

Add a layer and fill with #5BA6D6.
Apply mask WSL_490. Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image. OK. Layers > Merge > Merge Group. Opacity at 32.

SC_BunniesandChicks_thingamabob09 - Top, right. Duplicate and Image > Mirror > Horizontal Mirror. Copy to be placed at the top, on the left.

SC_BunniesandChicks_thingamabob02 - 82%. In the middle.

With the lasson tool, trace around the frame then copy paste SC_BunniesandChicks_Paper01 as a new layer. Selections > Invert and click on Delete. Selections > Select None. Move this layer under the frame.

SC_BunniesandChicks_butterfly01 - 10%. On the left. Duplicate. Image > Mirror > Horizontal Mirror and colorise: Hue at 231 and Saturation at 247.

Add the tube, in the middle.

STEP 2: Word Art and Credits

Word Art: Happy Easter - 35%. Selections > Select All > Selections > Float > Selections > Defloat. Add a layer and fill with #D20864. Selections > Select None. Close the original layer.
Apply Eye Candy 4000 > Gradient Glow.
 



Selections > Select All > Selections > Float > Selections > Defloat > Selections > Modify > Increase by 2 pixels and fill with #D20864. Selections > Select None. Move this layer under the text.

Credits: use a font like Pixelette or any font you choose.
