You can do pretty much what you like with your result: create signatures with name added, extras or stats, websets. Give all the credits that are required and for the tut to:

Tubes of your choice, free or not, but credit for them must be added to your tag. I used a tube ©PaperNest Dolls - www.the-papernest.com, bought at Artistic Dreams Imaging - ADI. Don't forget your license! It must be legible on your tag.

STEP 1: Mask, Elements and Tube

Drop Shadow: I used

V = 3	O = 40
H = 3	B = 4

Open an image 680x550. Fill with white.
Add a layer and fill with #F5E166. Open the mask gemsmasks-187 and apply. Then delete. Set the opacity on 45.

KAagard_GnomeGarden_Frame - 15%. Rotate left 110°. Place on the left. See my tag above.
Click inside the frame with the magic wand. Selections > Modify > Expand by 5 pixels. Add a layer and copy paste KAagard_GnomeGarden__Paper1 in the selection.
Select None. Move the paper layer under the frame.
KAagard_GnomeGarden_Flower2 - 15%. To the left and towards the middle of the frame.
Back to the KAagard_GnomeGarden_Frame layer. Click on this layer and Duplicate. Image > Mirror. Place on the right.
Click inside the frame with the magic wand. Selections > Modify > Expand by 5 pixels. Add a layer and copy paste KAagard_GnomeGarden__Paper4 in the selection.
Select None. Move this layer under the frame.
KAagard_GnomeGarden_Mushroom1 - 16%. In the frame, on the left.
KAagard_GnomeGarden_Mushroom2 - 16%. On the right, in the frame.
KAagard_GnomeGarden_Flower5 - 15%. On the left frame.
KAagard_GnomeGarden_Flower3 - 15%. In between the 2 frames.
KAagard_GnomeGarden_Flower6 - 15%. In between the 2 frames.
KAagard_GnomeGarden_Sunshine - 15%. Image > Mirror et place on the right frame.
KAagard_GnomeGarden_Grass2 - 30%. In the middle.
KAagard_GnomeGarden_Gnome2 - 15%. On the right.
KAagard_GnomeGarden_Leaves - 15. Rotate 90° right. Duplicate this layer. Image > Miroir and on the left.
KAagard_GnomeGarden_Flower2 - 15%. In the middle.
KAagard_GnomeGarden_Flower2 - 13%. Au milieu aussi.
KAagard_GnomeGarden_Bow1 - 13%.
KAagard_GnomeGarden_Bow2 - 12%.
KAagard_GnomeGarden_Button1 - 18%.
KAagard_GnomeGarden_Button4 - 18%.
KAagard_GnomeGarden_Button2 - 18%. On the left.
KAagard_GnomeGarden_Button3 - 18%. On the right.
Add your tube, on the left.
KAagard_GnomeGarden_Gnome1 - 15%.

STEP 2: Texts and Credits

Text 1 - Hello!, in green #91A757, vector, using good doggy! font. Place in the right frame at the top on the right. Rotate so the text is aligned with the edge of the frame. Convert to raster layer.
Text 2 - Welcome with Mr Kenninbeck font and Garden with the MC Blossoms font, in red #f82047 and to my with Arial, in black.
Apply Eye Candy > Gradient Glow.

Credits: with a small font like Pixelette or any other mall pixel font.
