Tubes of your choice, free or not, but credit for them must be added to your tag. I used a tube ©Pinkdollbubble - www.pinkdollbubble.com, bought at Tiny Turtle Designs. Don't forget your license! It must be legible on your tag.

STEP 1: Mask, Elements and Tube

Drop Shadow: I used

V = 0	O = 60
H = 5	B = 10

Open an image 680x550. Fill with white.
Add a layer. Selections > Selectionner All and add a layer, then paste Smudge-GI_ATouchOfMagic in the selection.
Selections > Select None.

Magic-GI_ATouchOfMagicSM - Image > Mirror and place towards the top.
Moon-GI_ATouchOfMagicSM - 25%. Top, right. Colour with the Hue at 203 and Saturation at 76.
Sticker-GI_ATouchOfMagicSM - Image > Mirror and place on the moon.
JI deleted the Sticker effect and the Inner Bevel. Selections > Selectionner All > Selections > Float > Selections > Static.
Add a layer and fill the selection with black.
Selections > Select None.
Close the original layer.
Vine-GI_ATouchOfMagicSM - 67%. AOn the right.

Add the tube, on the left.

Cluster-GI_ATouchOfMagicSM - 75%. Towards the bottom.
Goblet-GI_ATouchOfMagicSM - 30%.
WA1-GI_ATouchOfMagicSM - Towards the bottom, then reduce the wordart using the Pick Tool (K). Colorize with a colour from your tube.
Frog-GI_ATouchOfMagicSM - 20%. On the left, bottom.
SoftLights-GI_ATouchOfMagicSM - 75%. On the right.
Cat-GI_ATouchOfMagicSM - 25%, bottom, front paws on the lantern.
Goblet-GI_ATouchOfMagicSM - 30%.
Flower1-GI_ATouchOfMagicSM - 20%. On the right, on the wordart.
Flower2-GI_ATouchOfMagicSM - 15%. On the first flower.
Mist-GI_ATouchOfMagicSM - On the left, to partly cover the goblet and part of the tube.
MechBee-GI_ATouchOfMagicSM - 20%. On the right, on the first flower.

STEP 2: Text and Credits

Text: Hi or the text of your choice the Jack Lantern font, colour #000000.

Crédits: with the Pixelette font or any similar small pixel font.

Save your work.
