~*~ Happy New Year ~*~ (Version française ICI)       You can do pretty much what you like with your result: create signatures with name added, extras or stats, websets. This pointing hand is here to help you. You can drag and drop it and use it as a marker to help with following the tutorial. Martine One tube of your choice, free or not, but the credit for the tube must be added to your tag. The tube I am using is © Ismael Rac - www.xeracx.com. Mine was purchased at Artistic Minds but it is now available at the Xeracx store. Don't forget: you can only have one © on your tag.  Scrapkit: New Year by Seachell's Scrapz to download here. STEP 1: Elements Open an image 650x650. Fill with black. Seachell_NewYearParty_Frame2 - 95%. Selections > Select All > Selections > Float > Selections > Defloat and color with the PSP gold gradient. Click inside the frame with the magic wand and add a layer, then Selections > Modify > Expand by 5 and with fill the selection with the fill tool and paper Seachell_NewYearParty_Paper4 at 25%. Move this layer under the Frame2 layer. Keep selected and add your tube. Duplicate the tube layer and move this copy above the frame. Click on the first tube layer and then Selections > Invert and hit Delete.  Click on the copy of the tube and this time selct the bottom of the tube with the lasso tool to delete the bottom part of the tube. The head part of the tube should be above the frame. Seachell_NewYearParty_wrap1 & Seachell_NewYearParty_wrap3 - 50%. Adjust with the Deformation tool- or the Selective tool > Pick in PSP X2 - so they are a bit wider than frame2. Click on the frame2 layer and then with your magic wand, click once outside the frame, anywhere. Click back on Seachell_NewYearParty_wrap1 and then hit Delete. Then click on the Seachell_NewYearParty_wrap2 layer and hit Delete. Selections > Select None. The two ribbons now fit nicely around the edge of the frame. Seachell_NewYearParty_Glitter & Seachell_NewYearParty_Glitter2 - 75%. Position under Frame2 and the paper, one towards the top and the other one, towards the bottom           . Seachell_NewYearParty_watch - 35%. Position on the right. Seachell_NewYearParty_String1 & Seachell_NewYearParty_String1 - 50%. On the right and on the left above frame2. Seachell_NewYearParty_Ballon1 & Seachell_NewYearParty_Ballon2 - 65%. Colored the 3rd balloon, using the same PSP gold gradient as before. Seachell_NewYearParty_Glass2 - 30% Seachell_NewYearParty_Champagne1 - 50% Seachell_NewYearParty_Element1 - 30% Seachell_NewYearParty_word2 & Seachell_NewYearParty_word4- 35% Seachell_NewYearParty_Star1 & Seachell_NewYearParty_Star2 - 10%. With a rotation on the right of 20° and on the left of 20° for the other one. STEP 2: Optional - Resizing. My result above is at 85%. STEP 3: Credits. Credits : Choose a small font like Pixelette, in size 6. STEP 4: Animation - Adding the fireworks. Merge visible and copy paste into Animation Shop. Duplicate until you have 13 copies in all. Click on the first frame and select all. Choose the fireworks you want to use. The more you use, the heavier your tag. I used July4_Fireworks_2_Gold_NO in its original colour and then in red also. The first one, above the NEW YEAR wordart is at 100%. It was pasted to start in frame 1. The red one inside is at 75% and pasted to start in frame 3. The second firework, above the NEW wordart is at 75% and coloured red. Pasted to start in frame 5. The smaller one inside, in gold this time is at 45% and pasted to start in frame 7.
