You can do pretty much what you like with your result: create signatures with name added, extras or stats, websets. Give all the credits that are required and for the tut to: Martine (link to http://chezmartine.com) for PSP 4 ALL (link to http://psp4all.com).

STEP 1: Mask Open a new tansparent image 750x600 in PSP. Add a layer and fill with white. Add a layer and fill with RAR_Paper_3. Open WSL_Mask 3 and apply. Masks > New > From image - OK. Then Masks > Delete. In PSP 8 and above, it's under Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image. OK then Delete. With the Freehand Selection Tool, select what is the sky area and colour - Hue at 131 and Saturation at 60.
Selections > Select None. STEP 2: Elements and Tube Once each element is resized, sharpen if necessary: Adjust > Sharpen > Unsharp Mask
Then add a drop shadow: I used
AC_SYHO_RR_element4 - 20%. Image > Flip Horizontal. In the middle and at the top. AC_SYHO_RR_element11 - 40%. Top and on the right. AC_SYHO_RR_element29 - 72%. On the left. AC_SYHO_RR_element31 - 47%. On the right. Duplicate. Image > Flip Horizontal. AC_SYHO_RR_element30 - 8%. On the right and also on the left. AC_SYHO_RR_element28 - 20%. AC_SYHO_RR_element19 - 6%. On the gate. RAR_Element_4 - 55%. RAR_Element_15. In the middle and at the bottom. Add your Tube. RAR_Element_3. 70%. Bottom left. RAR_Element_12 - 20%. Inside the umbrella. Click on the umbrella layer RAR_Element_3, select an area like below, the part which covers the duck and copy paste the selection as a new layer above the duck layer RAR_Element_12.
Select > Select None. I also shortened the handle of the umbrella. With the Freehand Selection Tool, select some of the handle part and paste it lower down as a new layer. Delete the original part.
Select > Select None. AC_SYHO_RR_element26 - 8%. Bottom right. AC_SYHO_RR_element25 - 18%. STEP 3: Text I wrote Rain, Rain Go Away with the Tweedledee font. I used the Whethers font to draw the umbrella and cloud with rain. I colored with 3 colours from the scrapkit and then use the Lighten/ Darken brush to lighten parts of the umbrella and cloud. Aplly Eye Candy 4000 > Gradient Glow
STEP 4: Credits with a small pixel font like Pixelette. STEP 5: Animation in Animation Shop Merge visible and copy paste in AS. Open Simone's Rain animation. It has 15 frames. Duplicarte your own result so as to have 15 frames in all. Click on the first frame of the Rain animation. Edit > Select All. Edit > Copy. Come back to your own result. Click on the first frame. Edit > Select All. Edit > Copy paste into Selected Frame (the first one). Start over if your are not happy with the result. Your animation has 15 frames and it is quite heavy. So we will remove some of the frames to end up with only 4. Click on the first frame. Edit > Select All. Then click on Animation > Cull Animation.
