You can do pretty much what you like with your result: create signatures with name added, extras or stats, websets. Give all the credits that are required and for the tut to:

STEP 1: Mask

Ouvrir une image transparente 750x620 dans PSP. Ajouter un calque et remplir de blanc.
          Ajouter un calque et remplir avec #64C4FB.

Open WSL_Mask 84 and apply. Masks > New > From image - OK. Then Masks > Delete. In PSP 8 and above, it's under Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image. OK then Delete.

STEP 2: Elements and Tube

Once each element is resized, sharpen if necessary:
Adjust > Sharpen > Unsharp Mask

Then add a drop shadow: I used

V = 2

O = 40

H = 2

B = 3

dotburst - On the left.
cloud - On the left, top. Duplicate and place the copy a bit lower, on the right.
frame4 - 45%, on the right.
paperflower2 - Image > Mirror.
frame5 -  Image > Miror.
flower1 - on the right and at the bottom of frame5.
flower2 - on the right and at the bottom.
flower3 - on the left.
flowers - still a bit more on the left of flower2.
flowers2 - on the right.
butterfly - 40%, on the left.
Add your tube.
flower5 - bottom. Duplicate and colorize, with a colour from your tube. A 3rd copy at 80%, colorize white.
bunny2 - on the left.
flowernest - On the left.
bird - 40%.
eggs - 70%, on the left.
bunny - bottom towards the middle.
bunny3 - on the right.

_STEP 3: Text

Lovely Spring Day - With Beautiful Caps ES for the capital letters L, S, D and Beautiful ES for the rest of the text. Use 3 different colours.

Apply an Inner Bevel

Then  a Gradient Glow


STEP 4: Credits

 with the Pixelette font or any other small pixel font.
