Depending on the colours and tube chosen, you may have to change the Blend mode and opacity of the layers. You can download my E-Book which will let you work without being connected. 
STEP 1 - Mask Open the template. Duplicate. Close the original. Resizing can be done later. Fill with a gradient. I chose the gradient Mirrored Nature Glow and I changed the colour at 30 and also 70. I used #809a3f.
Open WSL_Mask84. Remove some of the black around the mask.
Click on your work. STEP 2 - Template and Tube Vertical 1 - Selections > Select All. Select > Float > Select > Defloat. Add a layer > Fill with #EAE665. Apply Eye Candy 4000 > Gradient Glow.
Selections > Select None. Delete the original layer. Add deco Clover1 as a new layer. Vertical 2 - Repeat. Change the colour to #87a245. Add deco Clover2. Vertical 3 - Same as Vertical 1. Same colour and same deco. Scalloped Edge - Selections > Select All. Select > Float > Select > Defloat. Add a layer > Fill with #EAE665. Selections > Select None. Delete the original layer. Apply the same Gradient Glow. Rectangle - Selections >Select All. Select > Float > Select > Defloat. Add a layer > Fill with #87a245. Delete the original layer. Open cdLuckyCharm_Paper7. Effets > Photo Effects > Blak and White Film... Add a layer and fill with this paper - scale at 20%. Blend mode on Overlay. Layers > Merge > Merge Down. Selections > Select None. Apply the same Gradient Glow. And now apply Xero > Fritillary
Click on Fill Frame1 - Selections > Select All. Select > Float > Select > Defloat. Add a layer > Fill with the gradient. Delete the original layer. Keep selected. Add the tube. Selections > Select None. Delete the original layer. Apply the same Gradient Glow. Repeat for Fill Frame 2 and Fill Frame 3. I added the head only for Fill Frame 2 and the bottom part of the tube for Fill Frame 3. Blend modes on Overlay for the 2 tubes. Frame 1 : Grey, Frame 2 : Grey et Frame 3 : Grey - Selections > Select All. Select > Float > Select > Defloat. Add a layer > Fill with #87A245. Selections > Select None. Apply the same Gradient Glow. Delete the original layer. Frame 1 : Green, Frame 2 : Green et Frame 3 : Green - Selections > Select All. Select > Float > Select > Defloat. Add a layer > Fill with #EAE665. Selections > Select None. Apply the same Gradient Glow. Delete the original layer. ETAPE 3 - Les autres éléments Click on the Mask layer. Add UFCloverwordart3 twice, once at the top on the right and once at the bottom, on the left. Select the first 4 lines of UFCloverwordart2 and copy paste as a new layer at the top, on the left. Activate the Doodle layer. Selections > Select All. Select > Float > Select > Defloat Add a layer > Fill with #87A245. Selections > Select None. Apply 3D Effects > Inner Bevel
Same Gradient Glow. STEP 4 - Text and Credits Text - Same method one more time. Select, add a layer, fill. Apply Gradient Glow. Delete the original layer. Recolour I'll be your in black and apply Gradient Glow in yellow. Same settings. Lucky in green with Gradient Glow in black. Charm in jaune with Gradient Glow in black.
