Adjust > Sharpness > Sharpen. pb-ip-rainbow4 - On the left. pb-ip-rainbow3 - On the right. pb-ip-frame2 - In the middle. pb-ip-frame1 - On the left. pb-ip-ribbon-wrap - 53%. Top and on the right. I removed a bit of the ribbon, right at the top. pb-ip-balloon - On the right. I coloured the balloon in the middle in red, using the red from the Leprechaun. Hue=255 and Saturation=228. I placed my tube in the middle. pb-ip-rose - Image > Mirror. Place on the right. pb-ip-rose - Colorize as before, same settings: Hue=255 and Saturation=228. pb-ip-drink1 - 50%. pb-ip-drink3 - 55%. pb-ip-shoe - 50%. In the middle and at the bottom. pb-ip-pot-of-gold2 - 55%, and on the left of the clog. pb-ip-shamrock-leprechaun - 45%. At the top on the cauldron. pb-ip-clover-coins - Image > Miroir. On the right. pb-ip-Leprechaun - 55%. On the right. pb-ip-flower2 - 35%. Bottom and left. I added 3 clovers randomly on the top left that I first colored in red. I used one of the clovers from the pb-ip-frame1. pb-ip-mushroom - 45%. Bottom and left. pb-ip-irish-pride-wa - colored in red as before. STEP 3: Your Text and Credits Text: Name or text of your choice - Porky's font using red #C00000. Then apply an Inner Bevel.
Credits with the Pixelette font or any other small pixel font. File > Save.
