Oh this looks lovely! Thank you for showing me!

Thank you for checking my TOU! I am happy for you to use these images for your Incredimail stationery but thank you very much for checking and for adding the credits at the bottom, I really appreciate it.

All best wishes,
Kate

Hi Kate

I have just finished the tag and made an Incredimail letter with it and have started on the tutorial and I was just adding all the links and checked your TOU's and they say
YOU MAY NOT use my designs to create other products for sale or to be given away as freebies. This includes, but is not limited to, digital or traditional scrapbooking items, quickpages, invitations, stationery or printable projects.
and then
• You may not use my designs to make products/scrapbook products (including but not limited to kits, papers, elements, printables, stationery, templates, quick pages, product previews, web graphics or promotional materials) either for sale or as freebies.
-------------------
We are a psp group and with the result of the tutorials we make Incredimail stationery (Incredimail site here= http://www.incredimail.com/.  Incredimail is an email program.)
I just wondered if you would mind giving an exceptional permission to use the kit as a one off to make the tag from the tutorial and then with the tag the Incredimail stationery.

This is an Incredimail stationery. I have added your credits at the bottom for your scrapkit.

I'll wait until you get back to me before I carry on. If your answer is no, I would respect your wishes and not use the kit.

I  look forward to hearing from you.

Martine

Thank you very much Kate. I appreciate your kindness in re-uploading it.
The tutorial will be offered towards the end of April and as soon as the Results page is up, I will send you the link.

Hi Kate,

A couple of years ago I downloaded a freebie called Fresh Air

I would like to use it in a tutorial written for my PSP group, with all due credits and a link to your site, and I wonder if you would mind if I shared the freebie with my members as I can't find it on your site.

Please let me know if this is ok. I would not use it if your answer is no.

My group is here: http://psp4all.com

It's a free PSP group and we are 100% copyright compliant.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Martine
