STEP 1

Bckground layer: Open an image 620x450 - Fill with #FFFFFF.

I used this drop shadow throughout:

V = 2	O = 40
H = 2	B = 3

STEP 2: Elements

BellisaeDesigns-TrueLoveAddOn-El2 (Heart): resized to 15% then apply a free rotation - 30° to the left. Adjust > Sharpen > Sharpen. No drop shadow.

BellisaeDesigns-TrueLoveAddOn-El1 (Frame): resized to 13% - I have widened mine using the Deform tool or Pick tool(K) but kept the height. Adjust > Sharpen > Sharpen. And sharpen once more.

BellisaeDesigns-TrueLoveAddOn-El7 (Flower): resized to 17% - position under the frame, on the right.

BellisaeDesigns-TrueLoveAddOn-El9: resized to 9% and placed under the flower.

BellisaeDesigns-TrueLoveAddOn-El11: at 14% then apply a free rotation - 40° to the right.

BellisaeDesigns-TrueLoveAddOn-El4 : at 17% then apply a free rotation - 45° to the right.

BellisaeDesigns-TrueLoveAddOn-El3: resized to 10% then duplicate this layer and place both inside the heart.

BellisaeDesigns-TrueLoveAddOn-El10 (Red heart): at 8% then apply a free rotation - 25° to the left.

BellisaeDesigns-TrueLoveAddOn-El12: at 20%, position below the big heart and the frame.

BellisaeDesigns-TrueLoveAddOn-El8 (Transparents hearts): at 15% end coloured. Adjst > hue and Saturation > Colorize and put both the Hue and Saturation at 255.

BellisaeDesigns-TrueLoveAddOn-WA (Word Art): at 17%. Adjust > Sharpen > Sharpen. No drop shadow.

BellisaeDesigns-TrueLoveAddOn-EI6 (Red ribbon): at 17%.

STEP 3: Tube

Click inside the frame and then Selctions > increase by 12 pixels. Add a layer and using the Flood Fill tool, fill with paper 2 - BellisaeDesigns-TrueLoveAddOn-Pp2 - at 10%.
Keep selected. Select the BellisaeDesigns-TrueLoveAddOn-El5 element, resize it to 17% of the original and add as a new layer in the selection. Selections > Invert and hit Delete on your keyboad.
Selections > Select None.

Add your tube. Mine is at 90% then rotated right at 9°.

STEP 4: Mask

In your web browser, navigate to Wordle.
Click on Create. Paste your text or choice of words. You need at least 25 words. Then click on Go.
A new window will open with your own Word Cloud.
There are several options. If you don't like this first result, click on Randomize, underneath. And keep clicking until you are happy with the result.
If the result is in colours, just click on Color above. You need a result in white on a black background, the second option: WB. You can also change the font.

When you are happy with the result, it's time to save. This time you will do a print screen that you will then paste in PSP. Then crop around your Word Cloud with the Selection or Crop tools.

Back on your tag, click on the background layer, add a layer and fill with #F1AC96 or a colour of your choice.

Click on Masks > New > From image - OK. Then Masks > Delete. In PSP 8 and above, it's under Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image. OK then Delete.
J'ai ensuite baissé l'opacité de ce calque pour la mettre à 17%.

STEP 5: Credits

Choose a small font like Pixelette in size 6, antialias off.

STEP 6: Animation

Save one last time, layers all open. Then close the white background layer and merge visible all the other layers - it will delete the all the excess space around the tag.

Paste in Animation Shop.
Open Lovey's Hearts animation. there are 30 frames so I deleted 10 of them, the first 10.
I recolored all the hearts. Select all the frames and click on Animation > Replace Color. I used #F1AA94.
Click back on your tag and then on animation > Animation Properties > Color and select Opaque White.
Click on Duplicate so that you have 20 frames as in the Hearts Animationquer sur  Dupliquer de façon à avoir 20 images comme dans l'animation des coeurs.
Edit > Select All.
Click on the first frame of the Hearts animation and then Edit > Select all and then drag this first frame along with the others onto the first frame of your tag animation.
Click on View. If the hearts are not where you want them, start again.

The animation was a bit fast. Make sure all the frames are selected, right click on the first frame > Frame Properties and enter 20 under Display time for the whole animation.
