You can do pretty much what you like with your result: create signatures with name added, extras or stats, websets. Give all the credits that are required and for the tut to:

Tubes of your choice, free or not, but credit for them must be added to your tag. I used a tube ©The Paper Shelter - www.thepapershelter.com. Don't forget your license! It must be legible on your tag.

STEP 1: Elements and Tube

Drop Shadow: I used this, in black

V = 0

O = 75

H = 4

B = 5

Open an image 680x550. Fill with white.

 Add a later. Fill with #9ED6BE.

Open your mask Gems Mask 116 and apply. Layers > New mask layer > From image. OK. Layers > Merger > Merge Group.

Miz_Vintage_e17 - 55%. On left, towards the top.

Miz_Vintage_e18 - 55%. On the right, towards the top. Colorize with a colour from your tube. I used this. Adjust > Hue and Saturation > Colorize. Hue at 108 and Saturation at 103.

Miz_Vintage_e22 - 62%. Middle, towards the top.

Miz_Vintage_e16 - 68%. Center this around Miz_Vintage_e22. Colorize with the Hue at 108 and Saturation at 103 or the colour you chose earlier.

Miz_Vintage_e23 - 33%. On the left. Duplicate this layer.

Miz_Vintage_e7 - 45%. Bottom, right. Duplicate and place on the left. See my tag.

Miz_Vintage_e3 - On the right. Duplicate and place on the left.

Miz_Vintage_e24 - 40%. Duplicate and place on the left.

Miz_Vintage_e25 - 80%. Colorize the 2 flowers to match your tube. I used green and pink to match my tube. One flower with the Hue at 108 and Saturation at 103 and the other flower with the Hue at 238 and Saturation at 181. Place on the right. Duplicate and place on the left.

Add the tube. Place in the middle.

STEP 2: Text and Credits

Text: Text of your choice or mine - Vintage Addict, using the font Coventry and 2 colours - green #4CB289 and pink  #D06C95.

Apply a 3D Effect > Inner Bevel


Apply Eye Candy > Gradient Glow
 


Then Selections > Select All. Selections > Float. Selections > Defloat. Sélections > Modify > Expand. Number of pixels=1. Add a layer and fill with white. Move this layer under the text.
Selections > Select None.

Apply a drop shadow 0, 2, 45, 2.

Credits: with a font like Pixelette or any other pixel font.

Save your work.
