Cluster Frame : Snow angel cluster

No tut! You download the Snow angel cluster frame. You
work with it and create a Winter tag. You add what you like, you apply the
effects you want, you animate if you so wish.
Add your text or name!
CHow
to do the glass globe or glass layer if
you wish to add one:
Open an image 400x400
Use the Preset shape tool > Ellipse > Vector and create on vector avec anti-alias
checked.
Foreground white
Click in the middle and draw a circle 200x200
There are two layers now.
Click on layer 2 and convert to raster layer.
Selections > Select all > Selections > Float > Selections >
Deloat.
Add a layer and apply a cutout effect
Offset V & H= 4 & 4
Attributes - Opacity 50 and Blur 40
Shadow colour black or grey as you prefer.
Add a layer and re-apply the cutout effect but change both the offsets
Offset V & H= -4 & -4.
Selections > Select none.
Add a layer and draw a thick white line with the paint brush - size 15. Thin out
the two ends.
Apply a gaussian blur of 5.
And to have the reflection not only at the top but also at the bottom, duplicate
> Mirror > Flip.
Merge visible.
Send in your result on a white background if possible.
