You can do pretty much what you like with your result: create signatures with name added, extras or stats, websets. Give all the credits that are required.

STEP 1: Elements and Tube

Add a Raster Layer and fill with #DBDCDF.
WW_Element32 - 55%. Towards the top, see my tag.
WW_Element1 - Separate them and add them individually on the right and on the left of element32.
WD_Element7 - 20%.On the left. 
Take the paint Brush, round, colour #E09F38 and one dab on the lamp.


WW_Element31 - 45%. On the right. Duplicate and place the copy on the left.
WW_Element17 - 20%. On the left.
WD_Element19 - 35%. Duplicate several times and arrange alont the fences.
WW_Element24 - 25%. On the right.
Pick up the paint Brush again and as before, place a blob on top on the light.
WW_Element41 - Make several copies and arrange to create a lot of snow at the bottom of the fences.
WW_Element35 - 45%. On the right.
Add your tube.
WW_Element14 - Left of tube.
WD_Element13 - 10%. On the right. Duplicate and resize to 75%.
WW_Element37 - 30%. On the right. Duplicate and place on the left.
WW_Element18 - 15%. On the left.

ETAPE 2: Credits and Text

Credits: with Pixelette or any other pixel font.

Text: It May Be Winter Outside But In My Heart It's Spring. Font: Buddy, colour: #000000.

With the Pen Tool, draw a curve   

 

Then select the Text Tool and place your mouse right at the beginning of the curve, on the left , and you will see a T for Text with a curve under when you are exactly on the curve. Click and you will see a flashing vertical bar . Type your text.

In the layer Palette, open the vector layer (click on the little triangle on the left). Close the layer with the curve Fermer le calque avec la courbe (New Path). Back to the Vector layer at the top, right click and Convert to Raster Layer. Check that the text is where you want it otherwise, with the Move Tool, place where you want.

STEP 3: Snow

Layers > Merge > Merge Visible. Duplicate twice to have 3 copies.
Click on the bottom layer and close the other 2 layers.
Add the snow. Effects > Plugins > VDL Adrenaline > Snowflakes


Close Raster 1 and click on Raster 2, open it and apply VDL Adrenaline > Snowflakes.
Change nothing except the Random Seed


Close Raster 2 and click on Raster 3, open it and apply VDL Adrenaline > Snowflakes.
Change nothing except the Random Seed 



STEP 4: Borders

Activate Raster 1 and close the other 2 layers. Apply the border. Effects > Plugins > Richard Rosenman > Solid Border


And again Effets > Modules Externes > Richard Rosenman > Solid Border


And a third time. Effects > Modules Externes > Richard Rosenman > Solid Border


Close Raster 1. And activate Raster 2. Then apply the plugin Richard Rosenman 3 times, just as you have done for Raster 1.
Close Raster 2. And activate Raster 3. Apply Richard Rosenman 3 times, just as you did for Raster 1 and Raster 2.

Open the
other 2 layers and save all 3 files (PSPIMAGE).

STEP 5: Animation

Open Animation Shop and the 3 files.
View your animation.


Save your work.
