Tube(s) of your choice, free or not but the credit for all the tubes must be added to your tag. I used a tube ©Nikky Hall -

Plugins: Mura's Meister > Copies
Xero > Clarity
Carolaine and Sensibility > CS-HLines
Eye Candy 4000 > Gradient Glow
VDL Adrenaline > Snowflake

Font: Pixelette for the credits.

My colours: green #28B7AD.

Depending on the colors & tube you are going to use, feel free to change the mode and opacity of the layers.


STEP 1 - Background

Open an 600x250. Fill with white.

Add your tube.

Apply MuRa's Meister > Copies > Wallpaper - Default Configuration

Apply Gaussian Blur

Apply Motion Blur

Layers > Merge > Merge Visible.

Apply Xero > Clarity. Change the strength.


Apply Carolaine & Sensibility > CS-HLines


Layers - Add a  layer > Fill with #FFFFFF (white).

Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image and select NarahsMasks_1138.

OK.

Layers > Merge group.


STEP 2 - Selections and Tube

1. Add a layer. Click on Selections > Load/Save Selection > Load Selection From disk. Choose PSP4ALL_MF_Winter_Sel1_mf23.PspSelection.


Fill with green #28B7AD or colour of your choice.

Apply Eye Candy 4000 > Gradient Glow - Medium > Black
 


2. Add a layer. Click on Selections > Load/Save Selection > Load Selection From disk. Choose PSP4ALL_MF_Winter_Sel2_mf23.PspSelection.

Fill with green #28B7AD or colour of your choice. Rename Frame.

Apply Eye Candy 4000 > Gradient Glow - Medium > Black. Same configuration.

3. Add a layer. Click on Selections > Load/Save Selection > Load Selection From disk. Choose PSP4ALL_MF_Winter_Sel3_mf23.PspSelection.

Fill with green #28B7AD or colour of your choice.

Duplicate. Image > Mirror Vertical.  Calques > Merge Down.

Apply Eye Candy 4000 > Gradient Glow - Medium > Black. Same configuration.


Copy Paste the wordart in the middle of the 2 diamond decos. See my tag.

Colorize in green #28B7AD. Apply the same Gradient Glow.

Activate the Frame layer.

With the magic wand, click inside the Frame.

Selections > Modify > Expand 3 pixels.

Add a layer and et copy paste a background image/ scrapkit paper of your choice into the selection.

Selections > Select None.

Add the tube as a new layer in the Frame.

Move the 2 layers: Background and tube and place under the Frame.


STEP 3 - Border and Credits

Border: Add a layer. Fill with green #28B7AD.

Selections > Modify and contract 8 pixels.

Selections > Delete.

Selections > Select None.

Add a layer. Fill with black #000000.

Selections > Modify and  contract 2 pixels.

Selections > Delete.

Selections > Select None.

Credits: with a small pixel font like Pixelette or any other small font.


STEP 4 - Snow

Draw a rectangular selection inside the border of the Frame.

Activate the Tube layer. This layer is below the Frame.

Effects > User Defined Filters > VDL Adrenaline > Snowflakes.

 
Okay.

Selections > Select None.

Edit > Copy Special > Copy Merged.

Open Animation Shop.

Paste As New Animation.

Back to PSP - Undo twice to remove the snow and be back to the rectangular selection. 

Apply VDL Adrenaline but change Random Seed to 2650.

Okay.

Selections > Select None.

Edit > Copy Special > Copy Merged.

In Animation Shop, Edit > Paste After Current Frame.

Back to PSP.

And Repeat. But you must change Random Seed each time.

 You now have 8 images in Animation Shop.

Click on View Animation for a last check and save as a gif.
