You can do pretty much what you like with your result: create signatures with name added, extras or stats, websets. Give all the credits that are required and for the tut to:

Tubes of your choice, free or not, but credit for them must be added to your tag. I used a tube ©Cuddly Rigor Mortis - www.cuddlyrigormortis.com, bought at CDO. Don't forget your license! It must be legible on your tag.

STEP 1: Elements and Tube

Open an image 680x550 and fill with white. 

Drop Shadow: I used this, in black

V = 0

O = 45

H = 3

B = 15


joey_janvier17_brush3 - 30%. Left, towards the bottom.

joey_janvier17_frame2 - 40%. Top.

joey_janvier17_frame1 - 40%. Top. Rotate left 10°.

joey_janvier17_brush1 - Layers > New raster layer. Then Selections > Select All. Click on the brush1 element and Edit > Copy. Then click on your work. Edit > Paste into Selection. Select > Select None.

joey_janvier17_line2 - 50%. On the right. Duplicate.

joey_janvier17_brush4 - 35%. Rotate left 90°. Place in the middle. Duplicate.

joey_janvier17_losange2 - 25%. Bottom, on the right.

Duplicate and place on the left.

Add your tube(s).

joey_janvier17_flower1 - 25%. Bottom, on the right.

Rennie's Winter (56) - 25%. Image > Flip > Flip vertical.

STEP 2: Wordart and Credits

Wordart : joey_janvier17_WA2 - 45%. Selections > Select All. Select > Float. Select > Defloat. Select > Modify > Expand by 2 pixels, add a layer and fill with #EAE9E3. Layers > Arrange > Move Down (under the Wordart).
Selections > Expand by 2 pixels, add a layer and fill with #A3B7C4. Layers > Arrange > Move Down.
Selections > Select None.

Credits: with a font like Pixelette or any other pixel font.
