STEP 1 - Background 1 & 2 Open an image couleur #FFFFFF, 800x500. Add a layer. Name Background 1. Choose 2 colours from your tube - forgegounr colour: #9DC2D2 and background: #ABF2EC. Create a linear gradient Angle 0 and Repeat 0.  Fill the layer with the gradient. Apply Mehdi > Sorting Tiles Apply Toadies > What are you?... Filters Unlimited 2.0 > &<Background Designer sf10II> >Diamond Filters Unlimited 2.0 >&<Background Designer sf10II> > Quilt Duplicate this layer. Image > Resize 90%. Name the copy Background 2. Selections > Select All. Selections > Float > Selections > Defloat. Apply Almathera > A Halo... Selections > Select None. Then apply kang 4 > bubblecross Waves Carolaine and Sensibility > Texture STEP 2 - Mask and Inside the mask Selections > Select All. Selections > Float > Selections > Defloat.  Add a layer and fill with #FFFFFF. Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image and choose NarahsMasks_1621. Click on OK. Layers > Merge Group. Selections > Select None. With the Sélection tool, draw a rectangle inside the mask. Click on Background 1 then Selections > Promote Selection to layer.  Move this layer up - Layers > Arrange > Bring to the top. Add a layer and fill with #FFFFFF. Lower the opacity to 40. Layers > Merge > Merge Down. Apply Distortion Effects > Pinch... STEP 3 -Borders Background 1: Add a layer and fill with #69BAD4. Selections > Select All. Selections > Modify > Contract 11 pixels Click on Delete. Selections > Select None. Apply Horizonaux > Surrounded Ajouter un calque et remplir avec #69BAD4. Selections > Select All. Selections > Modify > Contract 1 pixel. Click on Delete. Selections > Select None. Layers > Merge > Merge Down. Apply Eye Candy 4000> Gradient Glow Clico on Background 2 and apply the same Gradient Glow. Clion on the mask layer and apply the same Gradient Glow. STEP 4 - Tube and elements Add the tube. Drop Shadow - black, 3, 3, 45, 4. Add the elements. Apply the same Gradient Glow. STEP 5 - Text and Credits Text: With the Birthday font, in white. Apply the same Gradient Glow.
