Tube(s) of your  choice, free or not but the credit for all the tubes must be added to your tag. I use a tube ©The Paper Shelter - www.thepapershelter.com.
  • Scrapkits:
  • Elfairy Scrap & Tubes - Irish Luck & St Patrick Day; download here.

  • Selections: PSP4ALL_MF_StPat20_SelLine and PSP4ALL_MF_StPat20_SelCorners. Download here.
    Unzip and place in the Selections folder of your PSP.


  • Plugins 
    Mura's Meister:  Copies.
    Eye Candy 4000: Gradient Glow.


  • Fonts: Tristram for the text; Pixelette for the credits.



STEP 1

Open an image 851x315.

 Copy paste the tube as a new layer.

 Mura's Meister > Copies. Click on Reset then in the scrolling menu, choose Wall Paper, default setting.


Adjust > Blur > Motion Blur


Add a layer and fill with a light colour from your tube, a light green: #ceeb9f.

Set the Blend Mode of this layer on Soft Light.



STEP 2 - Elements and Selections

Add the rainbow - 046 element (Scrap St Patrick Day) - 80%, as a new layer.

Click on the Selection Tool and then on Custom Selection


A new window opens: Custom Selection - add the following numbers


Click on OK.

Selections > Promote selection to layer.

Fill with paper papier001ef(Irish Luck), scale at 15%.


With the Pen Tool, trace 3 lines in white: Create On Vector and Anti-alias, both checked; width = 3.00; Line Style = Diamond. Draw them at the top. See my tag.

Convert to raster layer.

Duplicate and Image > Mirror > Mirror Vertical.

Element 056ef (Irish Luck) - 7%. Bottom, on the left. Duplicate. Image > Mirror Horizontal.

Add a layer. Selections > Load/Save Selection > Load Selection From disk. Choose PSP4ALL_MF_StPat20_SelLine


Fill with green: #163a14.

Selections > Select None.

Add a layer. Selections > Load/Save Selection > Load Selection From disk. Choose PSP4ALL_MF_StPat20_SelCorners.

Fill with green: #163a14.

Selections > Select None.



STEP 3 - The 3 images

Open a new image 328x215.

Fill with green #163a14.

Selections > Select All > Selections > Modify >Contract 2 pixels.

Add a layer and fill with white. Selections > Modify > Contract 8 pixels.

Add a layer and fill with pale green: #ceeb9f.

Selections > Select None.

With the Pen Tool, in green: #163a14, same settings as before in Step 2, trace around the pale green rectangle. See my tag.

Add the tube.

047 element (St Patrick's Day) - 10%. Place on the right.

034 element (St Patrick's Day) - 6%. Image > Mirror Horizontal. Place on the left.

033 element (St Patrick's Day) - 6%. On the right of the tube.

027 element (St Patrick's Day) - 10%. On the right.

Edition > Copy Special > Copy Merged.

Click on your original work.

Edit > Paste as a new layer.

Objects > Align > Center in Canvas.

Duplicate. Image > Resize 65%. put on the right.

Objects > Align > Vertical Center.

Duplicate. Mirror Horizontal.

Adjust > Sharpness > Sharpen on both the little images.



STEP 4 - Text and Border

Add the text with the Tristram font in green:#163a14.

Appy Eye Candy 4000> Gradient Glow

 



Selections > Select All > Selections > Float > Selections > Defloat.

Selections > Modify > Expand 1 pixel.

Add a layer and fill with green: #163a14.

Selections > Select None.

Layers > Arrange > Move down.



Add a layer. Selections > Select All and fill with green: #163a14.

Selections > Modify > Contract 7 pixels.

Delete. Fill with white.

Contract 2 pixels. Delete.

Selections > Select None.



STEP 5 - Credits

Credits: with a small pixel font like Pixelette or any other small font.
