The outline comes from Roxane's Dreamland.
The outline is in the zipped file along with the other images you need to be able to colour it! There's 4 positions in all; you can choose to do a non animated version like mine above or an animated one using the other outlines provided.
Please follow my shading method but use your own colours.

Credit must be added to all you create: Incredimail or Outlook stationery, adoptions, websets etc... Don't bother adding it to signatures, it's ugly!
You can share your result with others but whatever you create must remain free.

Then open Paint Shop Pro. I advise you to zoom in as many times as you need so you can see what you are doing better. To recolour the outline, I use the Color Replacer tool.  




And for those of you who would like to use the other positions offered in the zip, here's how to colour the position with one arm up and then with one leg up.
