Tubes of your choice, free or not, but the credit for the tubes must be added to your tag. The tubes I am using is © Chrissy Clark - http://clrkrex.deviantart.com. You need a license to use her art which you can get here: AMI. You need 4 tubes from the same artist -  Remember you can only have one © on the tag so you can't mix different artists on the same tag.

Open your supplies in PSP. New image 600x450.
Fill with white.
New layer and fill with a colour from the frames: #EFC3D5. Then apply your mask: Becky_Mask023 - Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image. Then Layers > Delete.
Then add your three frames resized to 30% of the original size. Close the first two layers and merge visible the three layers with the frames and rename Frames.

Add a Drop Shadow to this layer. Use the same drop Shadow settings throughout.



1. With your magic wand click inside the first frame and go to Selections > Modify > Expand by 12 - add a layer and fill with one of the papers. I also resized these. Move this layer under the Frames layer.
Select inside the frame with the magic wand and again expand by 12. Copy paste one of your tubes as a new layer and resize it so it looks nice inside the frame. Selections > Invert > Hit Delete on your keyboard and move the tube layer under the frame.
Make sure the background layer and the mask layer are closed and merge visible the Frame layer, the paper layer and the tube layer.

2. Now repeat what you did in 1 with the frame in the middle.

3. Let's fill frame 3 on the right and repeat what you did in 1.

Now add your text: I typed Welcome in Capital letters using Gyporady - Vector - Bold - Size: 42 and two colours: a lighter shade of pink #D77399 for the fill - #713D53 for the stroke. Convert to raster layer.
Apply an effect:
Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel:

Then add a Drop Shadow.

Add your main tube and resize if necessary. Position on the Welcome. Add a Drop Shadow.
Add the rest of the text: to the group with the Chitown Script font.

Add the embellishments: The ribbon at the top. It will need resizing. Once resized, add a Drop Shadow.
The flower on the right and one of the flower on the left. Close all the other layers and merge visible these two flower layers: rename this layer Flowers. Add a drop Shadow.

Add your credits and save your tag as is and use or continue with this tut and animate using the Constellation Filter.

Close the layer Flowers and merge visible all the other layers. Place yourself on the Flowers layers and open it. Apply the Constellation filter with these settings.


Open the other layer and merge visible these two layers and Copy and paste into Animation Shop as a new animation.
Go back to PSP, click on Undo and activate the Flowers layer. Apply the Constellation filter again but click once on the Random seed button. Merge visible
Copy and Paste After Current Frame.

Return to PSP, click on the Undo Arrow and activate the Flowers layer. Apply the Constellation filter again but click once on the Random seed button. Merge visible
Copy and Paste After Current Frame in Animation Shop. You now have a total of 3 frames. Save your animation and use. That's it!
