Add a layer and fill with paper1. Open gemsmask189 and apply. Masks > New > From image - OK. Then Masks > Delete. In PSP 8 and above, it's under Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image. OK then Delete. STEP 2: Elements and Tube Once each element is resized, sharpen if necessary: Adjust > Sharpen > Unsharp Mask
Then add a drop shadow: I used
Frame3 - Top left Flower2. Frame1 - 75%. Below, towards the right. Flower3 - On the right. Inside Frame1, place the Earth element. Green Earth - In the middle of Frame1. Brad1 - On the left. Brad2 - towards the right. Flower1 - 60%. On the left. Heart. Arrow. 75% and on the right, towards the bottom. Add your tube. RecycleBin2 - 55%. Bottom left. RecycleBin1 - 55%. Acorn - 70%. Duplicate. Rotate 90° to the right. Re-Use - 75%. Reduce - 75%. Recycle - 75%. Tree Hugger - 75%. PaperDolls - 47% ETAPE 3: Text Word Art "Earth is what we all have ~ wendell berry" - 30%. Apply Eye Candy 4000 > Gradient Glow
Take the Lasso tool and trace loosely around the Word Art
Fill with #655641. Apply a Gaussian Blur. Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur with the radius at 15. Puis UnPlugged Tools > Interlace
Place this layer under Word Art. Lower the opacity to 83%. Add the Tag element - 75%. Remove some of the safety pin to give the impression it is attached to the Word Art. Trace a selection with the Lasso tool then click on Delete on your keyboard. Selections > Select None.
