Open the template and duplicate. Close the original. Resize so the template is 630x550. Click on Image > Canvas size
Oblong:
Go back to the original Oblong layer and with your magic wand select the inside and replace the colour #73AC13 with BFF24C or a colour of your tube. Duplicate twice so you have 3 copies: Oblong_a, Oblong_b and Oblong_c. New Image : 500x120 - Click on the text tool, colour black Then click on Objects and choose Align > Center in canvas. Then click on Layer > Convert to raster Layer. Apply Mura Meister > Copies. Preset Menu bottom left - choose Tiling and on the right configure as below
Copy paste Place as you wish and then cut off the bits you don't need. Delete the original Oblong layer. Horizontal Lines: Selections > Select All > Selections > Float > Selections > Defloat. Add a layer. Get paper2, resize to 25%. Then click on the Fill tool and in your Materials palette, select Paper2 as your pattern and put the scale at 25. Fill the 3 Horizontal Lines. Selections > Select None. Delete the original Horizontal Lines layer. Square: Click with your Magic Wand Selections > Modify and expand by 1. Add a new layer and fill with #026802. Apply penta.com > jeans and same drop shadow as before. Click back on the Square layer and select the inside with your Magic Wand. Selections > Modify and expand by 2. Add a layer and fill with green #38CE38. Name this layer Square_a. Selections > Select None. Delete the Square layer. Duplicate Square_a and name this new layer Square_b. Duplicate again and name this layer Square_c. Square2: C Selections > Modify and expand by1. Add a new layer and fill with #FF6600. Apply penta.com > jeans and same drop shadow as before. Click back on the Square2 layer and select the inside with your Magic Wand. Selections > Modify and expand by2. Add a layer and fill with orange #FF6600. Name this layer Square2_a. Selections > Select None. Delete the Square2 layer. Duplicate Square2_a and name this new layer Square2_b. Duplicate again and name this layer Square2_c. STEP 3 - Elements & Tube(s) Sharpen all the elements after resizing. Adjust > Sharpness > Unsharp mask
Oh_SPBeer1 - Resize to 18%. Place above Square_c. Rotate 18° right. Sharpen and add a drop shadow. Oh_SP_Shoe - Resize to 12%. Place above Square2_c. Sharpen and drop shadow. Oh_SPButton1 - Resize to 90% And place in Circle as a new layer. Sharpen. Oh_SPRainboww - Resize to 32%. Place above the Oh_SPButton layer. Sharpen and drop shadow. Add your tube(s). And a drop shadow on the tube(s). STEP 3 - WordArt Luck of the Irish Separate Luck from of the Irish. Luck - Apply Inner Bevel
Then apply Eye Candy 4000 > Gradient Glow
Apply a drop shadow. of the Irish - Color in orange using the Colour Replacer tool. Add the same Inner bevel and then a drop shadow. STEP 4 - Credits With a small pixel font like Pixelette. STEP 5 - Animation with noise Click on the layer Oblong_a. Apply dsb flux > Bright Noise
Click on the layer Square_a. Apply the same dsb flux > Bright Noise. Click on the layer Square2_a. Apply the same dsb flux > Bright Noise. Click on the layer Oblong_b. Apply dsb flux but first click once on Mix. Click on the layer Square_b. Apply the same dsb flux > Bright Noise. Click on the layer Square2_b. Apply the same dsb flux > Bright Noise. Click on the layer Oblong_c. Apply dsb flux but first click once again on Mix. Click on the layer Square_c. Apply the same dsb flux > Bright Noise. Click on the layer Square2_c. Apply the same dsb flux > Bright Noise. STEP 6 - Animation Shop Close Layer1. Close all the Oblong layers except Oblong_a. Close all the Square layers except Square_a and Square2_a. Merge visible. Copy paste in Animation Shop. Back in PSP. Click on the Undo arrow. This time close Layer1, Oblong_a, Square_a and Square2_a - Also close Oblong_c, Square_c and Square2_c. Keep open Oblong_b, Square_b and Square2_b. Merge visible these 3 layers with the other layers of your tag. Copy paste in Animation Shop. Back in PSP. Click on the Undo arrow. This time close Layer1, Oblong_a, Square_a and Square2_a - Also close Oblong_b, Square_b, and Square2_b. Keep open Oblong_c, Square_c and Square2_c. Merge visible these 3 layers with the other layers of your tag. Copy paste in Animation Shop. You should now have 3 frames in Animation Shop. Preview and if happy with the speed, click on Edit > Select All. Animation > Animation Properties > Canvas Color > Opaque and choose white. Now save as a gif.
